Reservation Confirmation
Once you have confirmed your reservation an invoice will be issued. On receiving your invoice, payment in full is required to confirm and hold your reservation.

Payment & Taxes
We accept payment through E Transfers or Paypal. Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. A GST tax of 5% will apply to all charges.

Cancellation
All funds, less a $50 booking fee per cottage booked, will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

No refunds are available for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of reservations unless the building can be re-booked.

Guests checking out before completing a multiple day reservation must pay for all days reserved.

Arrival/Departure
Check In: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Check Out: 10:00am

Arrival times later than 5:00pm must be scheduled in advance. Please e-mail your arrival plans one week prior to your reservation date so that someone can greet and show you to your accommodation.

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED at Foxglove Farm.

Food & Beverages
We hope that guests are inspired by the land and fresh picked fruits and vegetables.  Bountiful baskets of fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, and fresh eggs are available. Foxglove Farm is a foodie’s heaven, an opportunity to eat seasonal fresh organic foods that come from fields and orchards right outside your cottage door. 

A wide range of provisions and supplies are also available in the nearby town of Ganges, featuring two full-service supermarkets, gourmet and specialty food shops, several wine & liquor stores — plus of course, the popular Tuesday and Saturday Farmer’s Market. 

Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to the unpaved and uneven farm roads and pathways leading to and around our accommodations, we are not officially wheelchair accessible.

Off-Season Rates
High Season: May 1st – Sept 30th, Low Season: Oct 1st – April 30th (major holidays excluded).
Off-season rates are available, please inquire.
